Home User Tech Support

The standard Pay-As-You-Go rate for home users is $125/hour prorated in 15 minute increments after the first 1 hour minimum. Pay-As-You-Go service does NOT include remote support, or email support. We also offer prepaid support packages for ease of billing, remote support, and FREE email support at discounted rates as low as $70/hour allowing for half hour minimum visits verses the standard 1 hour minimum. You may take advantage of these packages by clicking the corresponding links below. Standard rates apply M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Weekend and after hour rates increase by $10/hour if you are not a prepaid customer. Prepaid customers do NOT incur rate increases for weekend or after hours support.
